HEIDI SWAPP

You may know Heidi as the creative force behind her global craft brand, inspiring women to “make pretty stuff” for more than 25 years while raising five kids. But in 2015, after losing her 16-year-old son Cory to suicide, her life changed forever. Grief, family, business, and her own health collided—pushing her wellness to the background.

In 2020, while caring for her mother through Primary Progressive Aphasia, Heidi underwent a full hysterectomy and was thrust into menopause overnight. After years of guilt, false starts, and resisting change, she began to SHIFT—rebuilding her health and identity one habit at a time.

Today, through The Shift, Heidi helps women believe that health, healing, and happiness are possible—and that it’s never too late to start.

DR. VOHN WATTS

A former U.S. Marine and NSA codebreaker turned Functional Medicine innovator, Dr. Watts specializes in autoimmune thyroid, gut dysfunction, metabolic disease, and detoxification. With a background in business and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, plus extensive postgraduate training in Functional Medicine, he developed Foundational Medicine—a systems-based framework designed to prepare the body for deeper, root-cause healing.

After scaling Cellcore Biosciences 10× and serving as VP of Nutritional Education at doTERRA, Dr. Watts founded Aegis Formulas, where he serves as Chief Science Officer and formulator of clean, high-absorption nutraceuticals. As co-host of The Shift, he helps women decode their labs, understand what’s driving their symptoms, and take ownership of their long-term health.

CHELSI WOOD

With over 20 years of experience, Chelsi Wood is a strength and mindset coach dedicated to helping women build healthier bodies and stronger lives. As a certified personal trainer, certified transformation therapist, and hypnotherapist, she blends practical fitness and nutrition strategy with deep mindset work to create sustainable, lasting change.

After navigating her own journey with Hashimoto’s and gut health challenges, Chelsi became passionate about helping women understand how strength training, nourishment, and nervous system support work together. She teaches that muscle is protective, food is fuel, and longevity is built through consistent daily habits — not extremes.

As a mother of four, Chelsi understands the demands women carry. Inside The Shift, she helps women move beyond all-or-nothing thinking and become the kind of person who follows through — in fitness, in health, and in life.

LAUREN BUSCH

A Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and former Medical ICU Registered Nurse, Lauren specializes in hormone, gut, and metabolic health for women. With over a decade in wellness education, she is known for translating complex clinical science into clear, practical strategies women can confidently apply in real life.

Inside The Shift Collective, Lauren leads program optimization for female physiology—integrating daily habits, nutrition, and targeted supplementation into sustainable routines that support long-term vitality. Her systems-based, root-cause approach bridges conventional medicine with functional nutrition, helping women build health with clarity instead of overwhelm.

SYDNIE EATON

After losing 100 pounds, Sydnie turned her personal transformation into a mission: helping women build real strength through practical nutrition. As a mom and entrepreneur, she knows sustainable health has to fit into real life.

Inside The Shift, she specializes in protein-forward meal strategy, simple habit-based nutrition, and creating recipes that make healthy eating feel doable—not overwhelming. Her focus is helping women develop the skills and consistency that create long-term change.
